About Ily Tsare
I’m Ily Tsare, psychologist and EMDR therapist. My path into psychological practice began after many years in senior and leadership roles across international companies in the US, UK and Singapore.
In those roles — in agencies, startups, and corporations — I was often the one “putting out fires” (in the psychological sense): helping teams and individuals stay resilient, grow, and thrive even in the middle of crises. This experience really shaped how I do therapy now, with a strong focus on helping people overcome their issues and move forward.
