Service Description

This therapy program is designed for individuals experiencing depression, chronic low mood, or emotional flatness—whether it’s persistent sadness, loss of motivation, numbness, or a sense of disconnection from self and life. Depression can affect concentration, energy, sleep, relationships, and self-worth. It may feel like you're moving through life in slow motion, unable to enjoy things you used to care about. You may struggle with thoughts like “I’m a burden,” “Nothing will ever change,” or “What’s the point?” Depression often includes elements of shame, guilt, and withdrawal, and in many cases, is connected to past emotional injuries, unresolved grief, or perfectionism-driven exhaustion. The goal of this program is to help you reduce emotional and physical symptoms, reconnect with meaning and joy, and rebuild your relationship with yourself from a place of compassion, not criticism. This evidence-based, integrative program includes methods such as: Psychoeducation about the biology and psychology of depression—helping you understand why you're feeling this way, without shame. CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) to challenge hopeless, negative, or self-critical thought patterns and strengthen realistic, empowering beliefs. Behavioral activation strategies to gently reintroduce pleasure, mastery, and momentum into daily life, even when motivation is low. Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT) to reduce self-blame and foster an inner sense of warmth, acceptance, and support. EMDR therapy, when appropriate, to process unresolved emotional pain, rejection, or trauma contributing to chronic low mood. ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) to help you take small, meaningful steps toward a life aligned with your values—even in the presence of sadness or fatigue. Please note: This is a flexible treatment roadmap. Depression recovery looks different for everyone, and we’ll move at a pace that honors your energy and readiness.
